If, at any time you feel that airline-direct (as sub-agent of Travel Viva AG) has not adhered to the principals as mentioned below, please e-mail us at service@airline-direct.de and explain the problem. We will try to locate and rectify the problem to the best of our abilities.

1. Security indicators

a. Internet page

Bookings and payments through www.airline-direct.de are subject to the most modern security standards. Due to the powerful SSL-security technology (Secure Sockets Layer) all your transactions are safe. Because of SSL your payments (credit card number, bank account connection) are coded before they are send over the internet.

b. E-mails

All e-mails which are send to you by us (e.g. booking confirmations, requests), do not contain any payment information, like credit card numbers or bank account connections relating to you. 

2. Data protection

The protection of  your personal data is very important to us. We will gladly explain to you the usage of the personal data requested by Travel Viva AG due to your acceptance of our services.

a. Your personal data request and usage

To deliver the services which are offered on our website we need to request some personal data. To process any booking we need your name, address, e-mail address and probably your credit card number or your bank account connection. To execute your travel requests we need to send your personal data to airlines, hotels, car rentals, travel insurers or third party vendors as necessary to fulfil your requests. Your following personal data can be requested by us. Data which we receive from you due to registrations, questionnaires, online registering, raffle or any other type of communication with us. The form of the data can be in writing, telephone conversation or electronically. Data from contracts with us, with business companies connected to us or other contractors including usage and account data of your usage of this website. Data which we or our partners obtain from credit clearance sites. This is for your own safety, to eliminate for instance, credit card fraught.

b. Conveyance of data

To be able to supply our services on a permanent basis we occasionally have to transmit your data to cooperation partners or to busyness’s connected to us. This is the only way they are able to supply you with the requested travel services. When you rent a car or book a hotel room we have to inform our suppliers of your personal data so they can reserve a car or hotel room for you. We will also, if necessary, supply your data,  to secure our rights as well as the rights of connected business companies, cooperation partners, employees or users of our website, which are connected to us. The transfer of your personal data, to a third party, is also possible if it is rightful or required by law. The usage of this data, however, by third parties is only allowed under very narrow constrains. We will definitely not sell your personal data to third parties. 

c. Storage and deleting of data

You can, at any time, request the deletion of your personal data which is stored at the Travel Viva AG. The data will be removed six month after the request of removal, after completion and fulfilment of still outstanding contracts. To delete your personal data just send an e-mail to info@airline-direct.de. 

3. Newsletter

If you do not wish to receive our newsletter anymore just remove your request at
www.airline-direct.de/sonderseiten/newsletter.html.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small packages containing configuration information transmitted between your browser and the website. Cookies make the usage of product information more comfortable. To count the site visits and user behaviour we use Google Analytics.
