E-Ticket enquiries

With an electronic ticket (e-ticket) the complete data record of the ticket is electronically stored within the reservation system of the air line. Due to this electronic record the issuing of a paper document and subsequent mailing, becomes unnecessary.
You will receive your travel documents by one of the following method:

1. You would like to collect you e-ticket from the Check-in machine  and check in right away.

To do this you need to enter a credit card or frequent flyer card number during your booking. At the airport you insert above credit- or frequent flyer card into the Check-in machine, the machine will print out your boarding pass and the Passenger coupon after you as well as checking you in.

2. If you bought your e-ticket without the use of a credit card you can insert any credit card for identification to be able to check in. If the airport does not have any Check-in machines you will  obtain your ticket at the check-in counter by identifying yourself with an ID-Card or Passport.
